Sizes and Types of Pallets

Size: 800х1200х145 mm.
There must be an oval nameplate burnt into pallet’s right-side support legs. Other legs must also be labeled with manufacturer’s name (PKP, FS, DB etc.) and numeric information (series, year of manufacture). The top side of Euro-pallet is made of five boards alternating as a wide one (145 mm), a narrow one (100 mm), a wide one, a narrow one and lastly a wide one. The bottom side is made of three beveled boards (a narrow one, a wide one and a narrow one). Edges must also be beveled.

Certified FIN-pallet (“Recommended” ISO 3676)
Size: 1000х1200х145 mm. There must be an oval FIN nameplate burnt into pallet’s right-side support legs. Cental legs must also be labeled with numeric information (manufacturer’s code, date of manufacture). The top side of a FIN-pallet is made of seven boards alternating as a wide one (120 mm), two narrow ones (100 mm), a wide one, two narrow ones and lastly a wide one. The bottom side is made of three beveled boards (a narrow one, a wide one and a narrow one). Edges must also be beveled.

Reusable cargo pallet 800х1200 mm
Size 800х1200х145 mm, board thickness 20-22 mm. There is no nameplate; design is identical to that of Euro-pallet.

Reusable cargo pallet 1000х1200 mm
Size 1000х1200х145 mm, board thickness 20-22 mm. There is no nameplate; design is identical to that of a FIN-pallet.

Multi-tonnage container pallet
Size 1140х1140х1350 mm. Designed for cargos of up to 1.25 ton.

EUR-box
A metal cage with a metal bottom designed as a Euro-pallet. Size 800х1200х800 mm. Has an oval nameplate with stamped sign “EUR”.
20-feet container holds 11 Euro-pallets or 9-10 standard pallets (placed in one layer). 40-feet container holds 23-24 Euro-pallets or 20-21 standard pallets (placed in one layer).
